“The U.S. executive order on Cuba is a serious violation of international law and a grave threat to a democratic and equitable international order.”
— UN Experts, February 2026
We are mobilizing to Cuba, bringing critical humanitarian aid for its people.
The Trump administration is strangling the island, cutting off fuel, flights, and critical supplies for survival.
“There’s an embargo. There’s no oil. There’s no money. There’s no anything,” Trump bragged aboard Air Force One on 16 February.
The consequences of the US siege are lethal, for newborns and parents, for the elderly and the sick.
“Intensive care units and emergency rooms are compromised, as are the production, delivery, and storage of medicines,” warned the UN High Commission for Human Rights.
That is why we are preparing the Nuestra América Convoy to Cuba, mobilizing by air, land, and sea in solidarity with the Cuban people.
Since launch, we have been overwhelmed by support from communities across the world committed to breaking the criminal US blockade.
Now, we are welcoming them to this historic mission, growing the coalition from a flotilla into a global convoy that will converge in Havana on 21 March 2026.
There is no time to waste, as the Trump administration ramps up its assault on the island and its campaign to isolate its people.
So join us in Havana, and support our efforts to secure critical aid for homes, hospitals, schools, and families in need.
Together, we can break the siege, save lives, and stand up for the cause of Cuban self-determination.
We urgently need your support to deliver essential supplies to the Cuban people.

We are an international coalition of individuals and organisations dedicated to delivering critical humanitarian aid to the Cuban people. Cuba has been pushed to the point of imminent humanitarian "collapse", warns the United Nations. "Our guiding principles remain unchanged: To be present. To support. To act based on cooperation, respect for international law, and the UN values," said the organisation's most senior official in Cuba on 5 February. Drawing on these principles, the Nuestra América Convoy aims to bring urgent relief to the Cuban people.
The Trump administration is strangling Cuba, cutting off fuel, flights and critical supplies for survival. This is an emergency: Hospitals are without power, ambulances without petrol and the sick without medicine. There is no time to waste. We must act in solidarity with the Cuban people. Join us as we convene doctors, nurses, trade unionists, artists, activists and many more to deliver critical aid to the island.
We have been inundated with requests to support this critical mission That's why we're opening the mission to delegations from across the world. To maximise the amount of aid we can carry, Nuestra América calls on communities everywhere to collect aid and converge in Havana on 21 March. This approach will ensure that the largest amount of aid reaches the Cuban people in the most efficient manner possible.
